Redwing with berry
Redwing with a Hawthorn berry it had foraged. This was one of a small remaining group after the original larger flock had stripped the majority of the berry bearing shrubs and moved on to pastures new. Redwings migrate to the UK from Scandanavian countries to overwinter and feed before returning in the Spring.
